Jackson Hole is going all-in this Memorial Day weekend….part throwback, part throwdown, and all-out fun. Whether you’re into cowboy culture, craft beer, or country music, we’ve got something for everyone. Here’s your ultimate guide to the long weekend ahead:

🎤 FRIDAY, MAY 23 – KICK IT OFF RIGHT

  • Million Dollar Music Fest Kickoff – John Morgan
    Where: Million Dollar Cowboy Bar
    When: 8 PM
    Details: With songwriting credits for Jason Aldean and a gritty country sound all his own, John Morgan launches the fest weekend in style.

  • “Petticoat Rules: The Jackson Revue”
    Where: Pink Garter Theatre
    When: 7 PM (running through June 14)
    Details: A musical comedy based on Jackson’s historic all-women town council. History never looked so fabulous.

🐎 SATURDAY, MAY 24 – ALL THINGS OLD WEST

  • Best of the West Parade
    Where: Town Square
    When: 10 AM
    Details: Jackson’s most charming tradition, a horse-drawn parade filled with local flair and frontier fun.
  • Old West Days at the History Museum
    Where: Jackson Hole History Museum
    When: 10:30 AM – 2 PM
    Details: Dress like a homesteader, make butter, and touch real historic artifacts. It’s free, it’s fun, and it’s 100% Jackson.
  • Old West Family Activities & Brew Fest
    Where: Teton County Fairgrounds
    When: 11 AM – 4 PM
    Details: Two birds, one (fair)ground, bring the kids for activities, and bring yourself for the cold craft beer.
  • Jackson Hole Shootout – Season Opener
    Where: Town Square
    When: 6 PM
    Details: The longest-running shootout in the country is back! Cowboys, outlaws, and plenty of drama, minus the ammo.
  • Jackson Hole Rodeo – Opening Night
    Where: Rodeo Grounds
    When: Gates open 7 PM
    Details: Bulls, broncs, and barrel racing under the stars.
  • Ashley Wineland at the Cowboy Bar
    Where: Million Dollar Cowboy Bar
    When: 8 PM
    Details: Country up-and-comer who Jackson loves!

🏃 SUNDAY, MAY 25 – RACES, RHYTHMS & REVELRY

  • Jackson Hole Half-Marathon & 5K
    Start: Teton Village
    Finish: Phil Baux Park
    When: 8 AM
    Details: A scenic challenge for runners, joggers, and brisk walkers who want to earn their waffles.

  • 6th Annual Million Dollar Music Fest – FREE!
    Where: Town Square
    When: Gates 4 PM | Music 6 PM
    Headliner: Midland
    Also featuring: John Michael Montgomery & Tenille Townes
    Details: This is the big one. A free, family-friendly show packed with major country talent in the town square.
  • Ashley Wineland Encore
    Where: Cowboy Bar
    When: 8 PM
    Details: Didn’t catch her Saturday? You’ve got one more chance.

🇺🇸 MONDAY, MAY 26 – HONOR & REMEMBRANCE

  • Memorial Day Service – Town Square
    Time: 10 AM
    Hosted by: American Legion Post 43
    Details: A solemn and respectful ceremony honoring our nation’s fallen heroes at the flagpole.
  • Honor Guard Salutes
    Following the Town Square service, the American Legion will visit:
    • Aspen Hill Cemetery
    • South Park Cemetery
    • Elliot Cemetery
    • Wilson Pedestrian Bridge (Lost at Sea Tribute)
