🥩 Four Seasons’ “The Handle Bar” Weekend Barbecue
Father’s Day weekend brings the launch of the Campfire Summer Barbecue Series at The Handle Bar.
Menu highlights include starters such as the Street Corn Bowl and Grilled Oysters with chimichurri. Choose from a la carte entrees such as Smoked Spareribs, BBQ Marinated Bison Flank Steak, and Summer Squash Vegetable Skewers.
A signature rotating “Smoke Pit” feature is available every Wednesday to Sunday, ranging from Smoked Brisket and Elk Chops to Bison-Smoked Brats. Traditional sides are served alongside main course items and include cornbread with honey miso butter, apple and mustard seed coleslaw, and pickled carrots and jalapenos. While enjoying the barbecue, enjoy live music and specialty drink offerings along with a selection of beers on draft and zero-proof offerings.
