The distillery’s new experience, dubbed Perfectly Untamed, promises bourbon in the middle of nowhere, and we mean that as the highest compliment. Tucked deep into what’s being called “the perfectly untamed Wyoming wilderness,” the glass-walled tasting room offers panoramic views of roaming bison while you sip small-batch bourbon and question whether you’re in a high-end ad campaign or a Yellowstone episode.
Reservations open November 13, 2025, and there’s a catch: only six total slots are available (two guests per reservation). To claim one, you’ll need to make a $500 donation to the Buffalo Field Campaign, a nonprofit that protects wild bison habitat.
