Wyoming Whiskey is raising a glass to one of the state’s most iconic figures with the release of a new limited-edition bottle: Buffalo Bill Cody, a six-year-old bourbon that pays tribute to the man who helped shape the spirit of the American West, literally and figuratively.
Buffalo Bill wasn’t just a sharpshooter and showman—he was a Medal of Honor recipient, Pony Express rider, Union soldier, town founder, and one of the most recognizable Americans of his time. His Wild West show took the myth and grit of the frontier global, and now Wyoming Whiskey is bottling up a piece of that legend.
Crafted by master blender Brendan Cook, this 97-proof bourbon is designed to stand out from the rest of the Wyoming Whiskey lineup while staying true to the house style: rich caramel, orange zest, vanilla, dark dried fruits, and spice. Cook says they “wanted to create a liquid Bill would’ve enjoyed himself as he made his way across the American West.” Mission accomplished.
