Wyoming Whiskey has announced that its limited-edition bourbon, Buffalo Bill Cody, is expanding beyond state lines with a nationwide release this fall. What began as a Wyoming exclusive is now headed for major markets across the country.
From Local Roots to National Reach
Originally launched in June 2025 for in-state distribution only, the Buffalo Bill Cody edition is produced using grains grown in Wyoming and distilled, aged, and bottled in Kirby. The national version keeps the same character and flavor profile, with only a slight change in proof—bottled at 48 % ABV (96 proof) versus the original’s 48.5 %.
