The Bistro Rolls Out Two Jackson Thanksgiving Feasts: Dine-In or Take-Home

Date:

If you’re still debating whether to put on real pants and go out for Thanksgiving, or stay home in sweats and let someone else handle the heavy lifting, The Bistro has you covered either way.

As we noted in our broader Thanksgiving in Jackson Hole guide (ICYMI: read it here), this year is shaping up to be one of the most delicious holiday weekends in town. And The Bistro is making a strong case for being at the center of it.

Thanksgiving Dinner at The Bistro

3 Courses · $95 · Starting at 3 p.m.

If you want the full restaurant experience—minus the dishwashing, turkey sweating, and inevitable gravy catastrophes—The Bistro’s dine-in option is a crowd-pleaser.

Guests can choose from elevated Thanksgiving classics like:

First Course

  • Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (brown sugar pecans + pomegranate)
  • Caesar Salad
  • Escargot
  • Pork Belly Cassoulet

Second Course

  • Turkey Ballotine with sweet potato purée, cranberry sauce & turkey gravy
  • Roasted Chateaubriand
  • Trout Almondine
  • Mushroom Bourguignon

Third Course

  • Pumpkin Cheesecake
  • Apple Pie
  • Chocolate Pecan Bourbon Pie

Kids’ options and pricing are available, and reservations will fill up—this is Jackson on a holiday, after all. Call 307-739-1100 to save your seat.
