Shaken, Shucked: Steadfire’s New Wednesday Ritual

Forget hump day blues. Starting Wednesday, August 6, Steadfire Chophouse inside the Four Seasons is turning your midweek into a martini-sipping, oyster-slurping celebration of everything indulgent.

Shaken & Shucked runs from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. Craft cocktails shaken to perfection and oysters shucked on demand. This is not your average après-hike snack. It’s classy, it’s coastal (ish), and it’s a clever way to pretend you don’t live in a landlocked state.

The Menu:

Oysters

  • Oysters on the Half Shell – $2 each
(Yes, just two bucks. That’s less than parking in town.)

Freezer Martinis – All $14
Crafted cold and dangerously smooth, served with just enough flair to make you forget it’s only Wednesday.

  • Classic Bone-Dry Martini
Grey Goose, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Cold Water
Garnish: Lemon twist or Castelvetrano Olive
  • Frontier Vesper No. 6
Jackson Still Works Vodka, Monkey 47, Lillet Blanc, Cold Water
    Garnish: Expressed Lemon Peel
  • Smoked Sage Martini

  • Blue Velvet Martini

    Garnish: Blue cheese–Stuffed Olive
(Yes, that’s a literal cheese-stuffed olive. Welcome to the big leagues.)
