Itโs that kooky time again when downtown Jackson morphs into a candy-coated circus of superheroes, princesses, and at least one dad dressed as a Teton elk for the third straight year. The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce will once again host its Halloween on Town Square celebration from 3:30โ6:00 p.m., where costumed kids (and parents pretending itโs for the kids) descend for safe trick-or-treating, trunk-or-treating, and the annual costume contests.
Expect adorable chaos as local businesses hand out candy, and creatively decorated cars line Center Street for the Trunk-or-Treat.
And donโt forget the Costume Contests for kids, families, and pets, because nothing says Jackson like a Labradoodle dressed as a trout holding a tiny fly rod.
The Grown-Up Afterparty: Gloriettaโs Halloween Bash
Once the little goblins are in bed (or buzzing on sugar), swap the candy corn for a cocktail at Glorietta Trattoriaโs Halloween Night Party from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Expect:
- Light snacks ๐ (because no one wants to dance on an empty stomach)
- Funky tunes ๐ถ from DJ Chuck Samples and DJ Crayon
- Wicked fun ๐ท and maybe a ghost or two who prefer their sheets with a side of Chianti
Tickets:
- ๐๏ธ $20 presale
- ๐ $30 at the door
Bring your best costume, your thirst, and maybe a designated driver. This oneโs less โfamily-friendlyโ and more โwhy did I think tequila in a vampire cape was a good idea?โ
